Should I pay for an accident repair myself, or allow my insurance company to handle it?
That’s a big question, and we like to handle financial questions case-by-case. Give us a call and we can help you navigate the costs for your particular circumstances, but know that we have good relationships with all insurance providers.
Where can I get an estimate for my vehicle’s damage?
We have a handy button at the top of your screen that can direct you to our easy-to-use online form. With this form, you’ll take pictures of the damages for our technicians to inspect. Remember, our estimates don’t equal your invoice, so you may see your costs fluctuate based on what we find when you bring your vehicle to the center.
Can I change the vehicle's color?
Yes. Our paint covers all those scratches and buffs, and we only paint where necessary. We suggest keeping your vehicle it’s current color since painting those hard-to-reach places (think trunk lids, doors, hoods) is a time-consuming, costly process.
Which is better: overall or spot painting?
It depends on your vehicle’s age. If you own an older vehicle, we suggest an overall paint job since it will increase the value of your car. For newer vehicles, spot painting is better since it protects its value.
Why can't I view samples of your color options online?
Well, it’s best to view our color options in-person so the color you choose best matches the color of your car, truck or SUV. We have thousands of options to choose from, and our technicians will be able to help you find the perfect match!
